Our advanced non-invasive laser technology offers the most effective and safest way to smooth out fine line, wrinkles and crows feet that comes with age without hideing away for weeks the swelling to settle.

It is totally safe, causing minimal discomfort by our simple anti-wrinkle treatment therapy that can be carried out by one of our qualified laser technicians with comfort at Assure Clinic.

Lasers offer the ultimate non-surgical face-lift and anti-wrinkle treatment. The advanced laser skin care techniques employed by Laser Treatments is very effective at stimulating new collagen formation in the deepest dermal layer and at plumping acne scars and reducing wrinkles.

Our laser anti-wrinkle treatment is not just for fine lines. Deep wrinkles and crows’ feet are amazingly reduced and fine lines can disappear altogether, to leave you fresh-faced and youthful – it’s like going back in time.

A major cause of wrinkles is loss of collagen in the deep skin layer (dermis). Over the years sun damage kills collagen resulting in shrinkage and loss of volume in the outer skin surface, appearing as wrinkles. A bit like a fresh plum dried in the sun becoming a prune as it dries.

Laser anti-wrinkle treatment is an effective, non-invasive, painless way to smooth out lines and wrinkles from older skin and a safer alternative to chemical peel exfoliation for reduction of fine lines, deep wrinkles and crow’s feet.

Laser anti-wrinkle treatment is probably women’s best kept secret! No needles, no surgical knives or pain is involved in our advanced laser anti-wrinkle treatment.

Tattoo removal with Q-switched with PicoSure laser

Q-switched lasers are recognised as the only really effective lasers for tattoo removal. They have the ability to reach deeper layers of skin tissues (especially compared to older generation laser technologies) and to break down all the available inks and combination of inks.

With new advances in Q-switched laser technology, we can achieve tattoo removal with minimal risk of scarring and permanent pigmentary alteration.

Since many wavelengths are needed to treat multi-coloured tattoos, three types of Q-switched lasers are needed to remove the full spectrum of pigments used in tattoos:

  • Q-switched ruby laser (694 nm) – black, blue and green pigments
  • Q-switched Nd:YAG laser (532 nm, 1064 nm) – red, yellow, orange, black and blue pigments
  • Q-switched alexandrite laser (755 nm) – black, blue and green pigments.

Our Picosecond Laser is the very latest 'Medical Grade' Laser Tattoo Removal system. Unlike older Q-Switched lasers, our Picosecond Laser delivers pressure waves that are 1000 times shorter, reducing heat accumulation making the tattoo removal process much less painful. Moreover, the rapid energy pulses break the ink into much smaller particles that can be more easily eliminated by the body so you’ll need far fewer sessions to remove your unwanted tattoos.

Whilst conventional laser tattoo removal often requires between 10 and 18 sessions to achieve good clearance, picosecond laser machines can remove your tattoo more completely far few sessions.

How is this possible?

Traditional laser tattoo removal machines heat the ink in your tattoo breaking it into small ‘pieces’, but the impact from Picosecond lasers shatters the ink into minuscule particles – these are more easily disposed of by your body resulting in better clearance.

The illustration to the right gives you an example of the difference between Q-Switch & Pico laser tattoo removal systems.

Due to the unique way the Picosecond laser systems ‘shatters’ the ink on your skin, you’ll need far fewer sessions. As a guide clients typically need between 4 – 6 sessions using the Picosecond lasers where as with traditional q-switched laser tattoo removal machines clients would take on average 10 – 20 sessions.

How It Works

Lasers remove tattoos by breaking up the pigment colors with a high-intensity light beam. Black tattoo pigment absorbs all laser wavelengths, making it the easiest color to treat. Other colors can only be treated by selected lasers based upon the pigment color.

You should first schedule a consultation with a trained professional who can evaluate your tattoo and advise you on the process. The number of treatments you will need will depend on the age, size, and color(s) of your tattoo. The color of your skin, as well as how deep the tattoo pigment goes, will also affect the removal technique.

Pigment Disorder

Pigmentation means coloring. Skin pigmentation disorders affect the color of your skin. Your skin gets its color from a pigment called melanin. Special cells in the skin make melanin. When these cells become damaged or unhealthy, it affects melanin production. Some pigmentation disorders affect just patches of skin. Others affect your entire body.

If your body makes too much melanin, your skin gets darker. Pregnancy, Addison's disease, and sun exposure all can make your skin darker. If your body makes too little melanin, your skin gets lighter. Vitiligo is a condition that causes patches of light skin. Albinism is a genetic condition affecting a person's skin. A person with albinism may have no color, lighter than normal skin color, or patchy missing skin color. Infections, blisters and burns can also cause lighter skin.

Many of us have a scar that we would like to remove. Scars can be caused from a surgical operation, acne, skin grafting or from an injury to the skin. These scars can be effectively treated reducing redness and their appearance using a range of Skin treatments.

The Harley Medical Group is pleased to offer a Derma roller and Derma FNS treatments, which are natural skin regeneration and Scar Repair Therapies. The treatments take around 45 minutes and there is no need for down time.

Dermaroller and Derma FNS treatments stimulate the skin to regenerate and repair itself naturally and safely, creating smoother, brighter, healthier, younger-looking skin and improving the appearance of scars.

Laser Hair Removal

If you're not happy with shaving, tweezing, or waxing to remove unwanted hair, laser hair removal may be an option worth considering.

Laser hair removal is one of the most commonly done cosmetic procedures in Mumbai, the laser beam light is highly concentrated into hair follicles. That destroys the hair.

Benefits of Laser Hair Removal

Lasers are useful for removing unwanted hair from the face, leg, arm, underarm, bikini line and other areas.

Benefits of laser hair removal include:

Lasers can selectively target dark, coarse hairs while leaving the surrounding skin undamaged.

Each pulse of the laser takes a fraction within a second and can treat many hair at the same time. The laser can treat an area approximately the size of a quarter every second. Small areas such as the upper lip can be treated in less than a minute, and large areas, such as the back or legs, may take up to an hour.

Most patients have permanent hair loss after an average of three to seven sessions.
