Before Service Delivery: You can cancel your order at any time before the commencement of the service. To cancel, please contact our customer service team. After Service Delivery: Once the service has commenced, we generally do not allow cancellations. However, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

Typically, refunds are issued in cases of non-performance of service or non-delivery of products. Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details and the reason for the refund request. Refund Processing: Once your refund request is received, we will investigate the issue and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 21 working days
